1. Coco Floss Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal oral care products, all floss purchases are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. We may request photos of the product and packaging before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by our company.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Membership Policy
Membership Terms & Cancellation
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
Unused discounts, consultations, or membership benefits do not carry over and have no cash value.
Membership benefits apply only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
